1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your inflatable sofa to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: uninflated, unused, free of dirt or pet hair, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • For inflatable sofas, this includes seam leaks or valve defects identified upon the first inflation.
  • We require clear photos or a short video of the issue to process your claim.
  • Note: Punctures caused by improper use, sharp objects, or over-inflation after the initial setup are not covered under this policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear.
  • Clearance items or gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
